In April of 2012 I met with Donna Friesner to talk about selling my early 1900's farm home in Perrysburg, I was concerned with the age and some of the wear of the house that it would take some time to sell. However, at the meeting, Donna was great about walking my through my house and pointing out areas of improvement and little things that I could do to make my house more "show-worthy," she also referred a wonderful flooring company who refinished my distressed hardwood floors for a reasonable price and they did an excellent job. Before the house was even listed, Donna had multiple showings to prospective buyers. Donna was also very easy to contact, whether via email, text, or phone calls whenever I had a questions. When the house went under contract, Donna was extremely helpful in alleviating my worries and answering my questions about FHA, home appraisals and inspections and she really worked hard to provide me with the best support when the buyer's inspections company created some problems around the house. On the day of closing Donna was not able to make it because our title agency booked the appointment at the last minute but she made sure she sent a Danberry representative to sit with me through the closing (which was painless on my part). I would most definitely recommend using Donna Friesner for any of your realty needs, when my boyfriend and I purchased our new house last month I wished Donna was willing to travel to help us with the process since working with her on selling my home had been such a smooth process.
