We went to an 'open house' in our neighborhood, not looking to buy, but to see how the couple had remodeled this previously run-down home! While the home was truly beautiful on the inside, we found their realtor..Donna...to be so as well. She was professional, but welcoming and a genuinely warm-hearted person. As we left to return to our own home, I turned to my husband and said, "If we ever decide to sell, I want Donna to do it for us"! A few months later, we did indeed decide to put our home on the market. Even though we were given several different realtor options, there was no hesitation on our part about calling Donna to help us. Our friends & family thought we were crazy when we decided to leave for our condo in Florida, and let Donna handle everything while we were gone! Little did we know that she would be calling us four days into our trip to tell us that an offer had been made! We were still on the road (having taken a longer, scenic route south), but she made sure that we knew exactly what was going on and what paperwork needed to be signed and/or faxed back to her. All we had to do from here was to relax on the beach, and wait for the closing date to be settled! Throughout our short time with Donna, we found her to be a truly warm, compassionate lady.
